Sulfuric Acid Storage Tanks

Sulfuric Acid Storage Tanks must contain a highly corrosive acid.

Sulfuric Acid is a widely used, very corrosive acid.  If mixed with water, an exothermic reaction emits heat that can damage containers and tanks.  Contact with skin causes severe injury.  Sulfuric acid storage tanks have special requirements.  We can help you meet your storage needs.

Our Sulfuric Acid tanks systems include an heavy duty HDPE tank fitted with an inlet, drain and vent.  Our double wall tanks are similarly equipped.   We equip the tanks with flange fittings.  Additional fittings are optionally available.  OSHA ladders and platforms with rails can be added.

Listed below is our selection of Sulfuric Acid Double Wall Polyethylene tanks with a rating of 1.9 and 2.2 specific gravity followed by our Single Wall Polyethylene tanks with a 1.9 to 2.2 SG rating. A double wall tank is strongly recommended since the sealed, built-in containment will not only capture spills but also will keep fumes from spilled acid contained as well.
